Some questions about this Paleo thing:
What do you do if you can't stomach eating eggs....my mother can't even look at them but she is interested in trying it out? It looks like without eggs you might have trouble getting enough good protein especially for b-fast?
Are your kids doing this? If I took goldfish crackers out of the house and put myself on a no-bread, no-cheese diet I'm not sure which one of us would crack first but it wouldn't be pretty between my daughter and me!
I think you could do it although it'd be hard. You could do a lot of the hashes and scrambles and substitute sausage.
My kids are sort of doing it - they eat what we eat for dinner but are having bread and milk.
